In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, the three beautiful hosts share why you should tune in to the newest lifestyle show every Sunday evening.

For one, Winwyn says that the show lies on the hosts themselves.

She says, “It's different because of the hosts kasi iba-iba kami ng personalities at may experience na kami.

“Importante 'yung experience e. So kapag may experience 'yung isang host, either me, Michelle, or Thia, we share it. Kasi hindi naman pwedeng isa lang yung ishe-share namin.

“Pero, of course, we have our own specialties. For example, si Michelle is a model so she's very good at modeling. And ako I'm more inclined to building confidence and stage presence.”

At the same time, Thia says that the show doesn't focus on the external change but more on the internal side for each of their case studies.

“I think what people should expect is that we really help people to grow more internally. Parang 'yung confidence nila and maging open-minded sila.

“So we're really making them realize that sometimes, change is a good thing. So that's what we're trying to do with regards to the show.”

Lastly, Kapuso actress and model Michelle Dee says that with the growing benefits of a digital platform, Glow Up can easily be accessible online for women to tune into.

“I think the mere fact that we're not just on television but also in digital means that we have a wider reach in terms of reaching our audience so people should watch out for that.”
